Ahn Ye-Eun's lyrics are genius, but without translation, it's really hard for people to enjoy. The second verse of 홍련 gave me actual chills the first time I read it. I'm afraid I can't edit videos, but would you ever want some help with translating to English? I'm always happy to spend some hours slogging through lyrics to get all the meaning out of them. No pressure at all, Someone else also requested moon shadow so it's definitely on my list! Currently crossing of the songs in my community post so it might take some time. For anyone who's interested, if you go to the comment section on any one of the mvs for the four "horror" songs, there are comments explaining the folktale behind the song. It is usually in Korean so I just look for big text blocks and hit translate. It definitely adds contexts for the songs. Thanks for the translation. I've seen other english lyric videos for this song but this one makes more sense.
