The funniest part is when at the end of his performance he thanked the kids at the hospital for “coming out” Corey they didn’t come out , you went in. 😂
For year’s now Corey has done his level best to look and act like Michael Jackson. With that goofy string of hair hanging down on his front face.’ He tries to dance and sing like Michael. If Corey could get a Farris Wheel in his front yard he could compete with all of the child Moe-Lester’s…MJ.. Talk about bad luck during the ice skating competition. He was working on Two new movies at the same time during his skating. I’m sure if he could have devoted all of his time he would have absolutely won the competition. As of 2024 Corey is still playing band going around to tiny venues to crank out some badly needed cash to pay his electric bill, groceries and just basic survival need’s. In other words he’s broke.. Don’t worry he has a valid excuse for every setback he’s faced with. Corey’s favorite Michael Jackson lyric is “ Your Butt is Mine”..

Disney is the only place that Corey cant perform at. Bowling alleys, hospitals, garage sales, AA meetings, nursing homes, and hs graduations- all ok to perform at. But Disney has standards!😂 she says thank you for coming out to a room full of sick kids that had no choice to be there. They were prolly told they’d get extra ice cream if they went to this. On a positive note- the kids that couldnt walk were able to run out of the room when he performed. I’d be shocked if “healing sick kids” was NOT a talking point for his next interview.

In fact, that's where I first saw him as a kid, myself. It ran one season. I don't think it ever got a home video release in the U.S., but a few years ago I ordered a German DVD set (of all places) of that TV show.

He's not out there trying to collect social brownie points to make himself look good. He is who he is. He's not trying to be fake. It's just him and he's trying to do what he wants to do.

I could not get over the idea that he had more resources than I did, a huge (at the time) built-in fan base, and honestly more talent than I did, too.
