Fuel-cells need low pressure system to produce energy, so what is the role of this compressor?

The Fuel cell systems needs a constant supply of O2. Thus, air compressor will enhance the reaction of Hydrogen and Oxygen inside the fuel cell by supplying oxygen at constant rate . Hope it answers your question.

So the compressor side is comprehendible , eventual electric motor on the shaft as well but what is the purpose of turbine part , how they going to power this turbine by the fuel cell exhaust . Very misleading and poorly explained and especially for Germans !
