    When estimating the GFR taking into consideration the patients muscle mass, for those malnourished where their eGFR is likely worse than estimated, is there a correctional factor you can use/estimate what their eGFR is without actually measuring it with the expensive testing? Say on average, you would mentally think their eGFR is 55 instead of 60?
    Also, are there any compelling indications where you would want to order a measured GFR in the hospital?
