  • Harry potter's wand made out of a young dead peach tree. Total making time is around 3 hours.

    that isn't harry wand you made. if you watch the scene from the movie when Harry walks into Ollivander's Wand shop the Wand that chooses Harry looks completely different than what you made here.

      The potter wand changed after the second movie i believe. Both designs are valid.

      @@francoislebois If you can, try a bit higher lathe speed then more cutting and less scraping. There are a lot of instructional videos out there. Lathe work defenitly isn't easy.

      Alfonso Cuaron the director of the third film had most of the wands redesigned to have more personality and individualism. He thought the designs from the first two films were too bland.
