Whenever Marti leaves his replacement will be another quality foreign coach.
Nourry has connections on a global level. He worked with some top clubs in his previous role.
The days of a former QPR player being the next coach are well and truly over. Thank god.
Best get used to it, Marti will not be the last foreign coach at QPR. The best coaches in world football are not from the UK.

This game will help Marti to see how good Rangers are against a top premiership team, even if it is a friendly and from there will give him further insight as to how to build this season in the Championship.

So tomorrow game against Tottenham hot spur is a fantastic test to see how well the hole team do against the Premier league side and to get into a mindset of thinking they are a Premier league club not championship club but the players must must carry on finding there identity and building into the way marti cifeuents wants them to player and must must lissen to marti cifeuents and coaches also analysts to stay focused enjoy the game gel together quickly and work as a team I think zan celar great idea along side michi frey and lucas Anderson and illas chair you are looking at a Premier league club with qpr but it is not going to be easy I reckon it is going to go down to the wire in championship and bundersliga, also Premier league. So you are looking at a tough season but for qpr there is a bright future ahead with the special one marti cifeuents is God to Loftus Road W12 and once a fan always a fan and marti cifuentes must must stay at Loftus W12 next season as well that way the club can win titles and trophies and carry on finding there identity and building into the way he thinks the reason why the fans like marti cifeuents is he has passion and hunger disier determination never gives up believes in the players the fans the club and marti cifuentes knows where he wants to take the club. Marti cifeuents is the clubs god and the fans worship him me and my dad also worship marti cifeuents he is god 🙏🏻 and will always be god 🙏🏻 to the fans to the club and to Ukraine who is suffering against Russia but it is not the Russian people they hate it is puttin who the Ukrainians and Russian people hate as there life's have been turned up side down #peace to Ukraine 🇺🇦, Russian, poland,Germany, Lithuania, Estonia, Slovakia, czchia. Etc zan celar again welcome to the club enjoy the banter and enjoy your stay at the club also please wear the kit with pride you are with the best club also the best manager the club has had in along time.

I'm not worried when Marti leaves QPR.
The CEO will most likely have eyes on some of the best coaches on a global level.
I'm very impressed with the work of Nourry and his team.

Whoever made the decision to scout and appoint Marti deserves massive credit.
    Early days still.
But Marti could be the best appointment since Venables. No joke.

    Gutted to see Sincs go

You say that but nevertheless sinclar Armstrong you could clearly see he was not interested in the club had no passion for the club has down only scored 2 goals and in the meantime spent his time on the bench if sinclar Armstrong was outstanding explain to me why the likes of man city did not put in a transfer request with a huge sum of money and go right they want sinclar Armstrong and they are willing to spend 89.9 million plus add ons then. But the trouble is Armstrong is better off getting game time at Bristol City and if sinclar Armstrong is a player who does not want to buy into the way marti cifuentes thinks and he does not find his identity what does the manager do. I do not like to say but fantastic call you are far better off with zan celar then sinclar Armstrong.

@@paulemmerson3196 I get what you’re saying but I would’ve liked him to stick around for another year as an impact player as he is really strong and fast, and he’s a real threat when running at tired defenders - granted his touch and finishing needs a hell of allot of improvement. If he was to leave I thought he would’ve gone out on loan but Marti clearly didn’t fancy him and he knows best. I made my initial comment before I even knew we signed Celar who I think will be a big upgrade in the finishing department than Armstrong so it’s potentially a good deal all round, was just hoping Armstrong was a loan not a permanent
