  • After Keith came on a Panama Relocation Tour in June 2021, all he could think about was moving to Panama. Instead of his original plan to retire in 5 years, he retired just 6 months after taking a tour.
He always dreamed of living in a tiny house and found the perfect home in Panama.
In a few short weeks after moving to Panama, he was able to find the tiny house, get a visa, buy a motorcycle, and make a lot of new friends.
Every day is a new adventure for Keith. He loves living in Panama.
Come see how you can LIVE BETTER for LESS in Panama!

I m panamenan, I m in Nevada with most of my family in Panama. I m glad you are OK there. Burunga Arraijan in Panama I have some family left ,rent for a house there is about 150, a month sometime less. You can buy a house there for 60.000 and up. Also if you can get a land to build for less. Go to church you might find great people that will help you with anything , God bless you take care

Kieth seems VERY HAPPY. My condolences about his wife. I wish I could just get up and go as he did. Unfortunately, I have to wait at least seven more years to retire. My biggest concern is that I'll be 71 and too old to move abroad.

I plan on moving to Boquete in 2023 returning for my second trip in January. I hope we meet at some point you have such good energy.
Coming from Colorado I have lived my life in a tiny cabin in the mountains and have the same vision for my life in Panama.
I travel on my own as I perfere it that way. While in Boquete last January most of the expats that I met took Jackie's tour and said all good things.
The people are so kind and sincere 💕
Love your kindness and giving thanks and gratitude to your beloved wife.

His Lightening Bugs (fireflies) are known as "Cucuyos" in Cuban-speaking Miami. Those glowing eyes fill certain trees like Christmas ornaments when there is a large hatch. It can startle you in the daylight if you mistake it for a wasp of similar shape. They are harmless and loved, even.

Good for you, Keith. It seems you have climatized well. It is a little disturbing when foreigners like to have things to be the same as where they come from. This kind of mindset can be detrimental. I am from Panama born and raised and started my world travels at age of 13. When up to North America to be with family and Europe to start a family (20 years each continent). Sometimes home is not the place where one is born and/or grew up (everyone is growing up as one learns). Yep, gots to learn that lingo. I learned all the idioms in the States and languages and customs in Europe. It is time to get back home to Panama. I am hoping live is not as crazy as it is in the United States and Europe as it is right now. We don't need that Sociopathic and Racist mindset as in the Gringo world...so called "West."

$600 a month rental seems high to me, for a small, shared place outside the city. By contrast, I rented a studio apt. in Nepal for less than $200 US, all utilites paid. Good internet.

    • @PanamaRelocationTours

You almost always wake up to blue skies and sunshine. The rains don't start until after 2pm usually. So, you learn to rearrange your schedule to get your running around done before 2pm.. especially if you are riding a motorcycle.

My wife and I are pretty avid motorcycle tourers and I wanted to get your input on motorcycling in Panama as well as maybe fiding in neighboring countries. Currently we have a big BMW K1600 GTL and would prob switch to something like a 1250 GS. Buy there ir ship from here? Any tips appreciated!
