Children specially because of certain unwanted preservatives... I am making icecreams at home nowadays for my kids.. And my wify is making veggie dishes for me ☺.. Ye spoon ki khar khar pan ki lair ko jaroor nuksan karegi. Best Aap lakdi. ka spatula use kare .kyoki aluminium,, and Teflon dono hi health ke liye thik nahi hai. Thanks for your reciepies.

Very ripe papaya will make the kofta mixture too greasy and gooey youarebetterer and it will get difficult to bind it into koftas.
If you can find an organic store or a farmer's market ask them to bring you a papaya when it is still raw. They should be able to do it.
