Go to the windows folder in the clover folder on your home partition. I think there’s a conf file that will tell you if a windows boot efi is mounted. If it’s not, then go back on windows and do the cmd command again. If that doesn’t change anything then try and reinstall it.

So all of this worked for a while, and I chose to install clover. Clover worked great for a few days. But now suddenly all it will allow me to do it boot up windows. I cannot even bypass clover in the volume/power button option to try to open steam os. And every time I select to open steam OS, it acts like it is about to open, but then reboots to the main clover menu showing the steam os and windows buttons.
I am now completely blocked from accessing steam os on my steam deck. Do you have any ideas on how I can fix this? I don't even have the option to uninstall clover because I have no access to open steam os at all. When I use the volume/power button combo and select steam os, it only boots into into clover's main menu again.

I've got a dual boot setup on my oled, with windows and steam running on partitions, sharing 2tb internal storage. And batocera in the sd slot.
I really want to be able to use clover over refind, due to the messing about you have to do on refind when steam updates.
But I can't find any kind of fix for how batocera changes the boot preference from clover to straight into batocera upon boot, each time batocera is used. Leaving me having to manually boot into steam os after every batocera launch, in order to restore clover.
I'm not too savvy with Linux, and have only got my steam deck set up through watching videos from channels such as this (very much appreciated).
If anyone knows of a permanent fix for this issue, please let me know.
