When I was a kid, I hated helping my Grandfather tend the garden he raised every year. Now I'm really glad I did, he taught me how to live off the land, he had me shooting twelve gauge shotguns at eight years old and running trot lines also. Skinning squirrels, rabbit, and deer were also taught me by him. Which here in Southern W,V, is the norm for most kids. He's gone now but I remember every thing he taught me and thankful for it. Be excellent to each other people, we're all we got, later.

June 2021 I was getting ready to receive my first radiation treatment for throat cancer, my head was strapped to the table, the doctors had just left the room. I was scared to death.
