The new injectors have arrived, so we reinstall the 2.0 turbo engine to the Mk6 Golf GTI.

ricky have you come across the dreaded inlet manifold butterfly problem i had it on my a3 8p 1.8 turbo engine found the problem to be the vacuum actuator split at the join re glued it with some structural glue and has been great ever since best of all saved me 500 bucks on a new manifold cheers from down under

Replace the dipstick for the new yellow version; the plastic on the orange ones are really brittle by now (quite old)

Do you find that bottom ends need rebuilt with timing failure? Tensioner failed at 80k, attempted to start car and it failed, was not running at the time of failure. All intake valves bent
