Knifemaking // A Small Edc Knife

In this video I'm making a simple little edc (everyday carry) knife. The blade is 63 mm and overall length is 152 mm. A very comfortable knife for a four finger grip. The scales are homemade canvas micarta and the blade is 80CrV2 steel. Thanks for watching!

What grade of steel in it, hardness.

The steel is 80CrV2 and hardness should be 60-61hrc

@@MLCustomKnives OK just wondering the film didn't show the forgeing. I've been looking on your site and like what I see the finger knife with the chisel point tip struck my fancy. Also the horizontal Cary one. Nice work the patina is also pleasing to look at, nice nice nice.

Beautiful knife but terrible music!! I had to turn off the sound in order to finish the video. Why don't you use the actual workshop sound? Just a suggestion...
