If Sonya were to call in a trauma team in time and if the Special Forces aided Liu Kang and friends' assault on Ying Fortress. Sindel would recover and wake up to her husband Jerrod, born again as Ermac and her daughters Kitana and Mileena.
Bi-Han has been taking Ls throughout Mortal Kombat. No wonder he died early in the original timeline.
