- A lot of people have been asking me how I do my own photos for cosplay so I thought I would do a quick video to break down my studio setup and take my photos.

My Camera is a Nikon D5100

Godddd I've been dying to something like this. I'm not very great with photographers since I'm so shy so finding a great way to set up a personal photography studio is what I definitely needed.
Seriously couldn't thank you enough for this video.
I love it. Thankyou. This video very useful how to make studio myself. 💖💖💖
I love ur Jinx cosplay, so beautiful.
this was beyond helpful for so many different things..may even try putting my tripod on a table to take better photos
Followed you on insta for a long time and NOW i found your CZcams... :) Don't seem all too active here anymore, but I will still say its great looking at your behind the scenes footage! :) You do great cosplays! And then you also take great pictures and do beautiful edits! Never stop what you do, it's great! :D

+The Mimartier Thank you so much :) I'm actually going to be doing a kindred cosplay myself soon so i'll be posting lots of progress pictures for that if that helps? I'm planning on cutting my bow out of pine wood with a jigsaw and then sanding the edges with my dremel :)
And I get my EVA foam from a local company here in South Africa called Sondor :)
Kinpatsu Thank u very much :)
I will definitily follow your Progress with that cosplay ^^
My Problem is that i live in germany and I have no idea where i could get eva foam from :/

thanks a lot for the video!! but i cant find the softboxes’ in the link, i guess they are removed or something? anyone knows where can i find them?
How did you make Jinxs guns?
Make a suggestion for your remote , set your camera on timer on your drive setting then it will give you time to put the remote down and recompose your self.
Great work by the way :)
Robert De Paulis Thank you for the suggestion! Unfortunately the timer isn't a feasible option for me. :( I have tried in the past. There have been times where my trigger has run out of battery or something during a shoot so I've tried it and unfortunately it's just so much more effort. When taking photos you kinda wanna be able to take 3 or 4 shots of the same pose so you can pick the best one. And get it just right. I often take about 200 photos every shoot and only end up using about 4 or 5. So setting the timer would make the whole process take a lot longer and slower :o the other thing about my camera is that it never remains in timer mode. In order to take a photo with the timer you have to constantly go into the menu and set the timer for each shot, its painstaking stuff 😂
If I don't want the remote in my photos at all it's easier and quicker for me to take two photos of the same pose with different hands and combine them in post using photoshop :3
You can also set the timer to 2 seconds and use a sound trigger. Just say "click" or stomp to take a picture. Newer models also allow you to combine that with taking multiple pictures. Of cause if you always have to set the timer it might not be that helpful.
what lens do you use for your camera?
"Clever girl"
I'm 666th like 3:)
where the Japanese girls
Pls dont hate me for the thing i say now. But could it be that you lose weight?
I hope that you and your community will understand that this is a compliment.
+suchtieps3 Me and my community lol XD No I don't think I've really lost any weight but thanks :)
+Kinpatsu Yes, that is us! We are the Kinpatsu community, and we are ready to be offended if the need should arise. We are the Kinpatsu Legion and we like looking at awesome cosplay.
