- In this installment, Corbett and Bobby think they have finally located the series of beaver dams that has Buckle Creek backed up, and making if difficult for the cutter to get to the wood.
Due to mill restrictions, Bobby is faced with the task of sifting through the wood on the deck to satisfy the mill's requirements.
With mill closures, equipment failure, and the promise of rain, this slow down will end up costing the company more money.
We hope everyone enjoys the new video!

I agree. You can pick up almost anything from a baseball hat to you name it and it will say "made in China" on it or at least some other country. I know in many cases its cheaper for a manufacturer to outsource the labor. The silver lining is China imports waaaay more merchandise to the U.S. than we export to China. In other words China cant tolerate this tariff thing nearly as long as we can. Like Bobby said it will get better. It will get worse before it gets better because China will do their best to out last the U.S. When they finally lose their footing and submit to negotiations it will be great for the U.S. JMO
AMEN to that, we need to look out for our kids, Bobby love your character and love that you say a blessing before y’all eat. You have got your priorities right.

I dont know what is it about you guys , but I had to comment. Your crew, the guys you have working for you are inspiring, as you are as well. I've worked on gas drilling rigs for last 7 or 8 years and no time did I see a tight knit outfit like this. Good luck in the future

I'm a land surveyor marked off tracks for Bobby years and years ago. Never had the privilege of meeting him. I'm happy to see him still out here. Would be a honor to help this man. You guys see a show on a TV channel or web mess you don't have a clue what they go through. I do. I've been places he goes. I would really like to talk with Bobby help in some way

I faithfully watched your television show when it was on and loved every minute. Everybody had their special talent, but my two favorites are Justin and his calm way of getting through all those mechanical problems and then Simitrio and how he could get through all that tangled wood/mud and never get stuck. Bobby, I enjoy your videos very much and totally understand everything you’re going through from tough production to lousy markets. Hang in there it’ll get better it always does and your operation is to important to mills. We’ve been through many ups and downs in our 40 years but God has always blessed us as He has you. We have a similar operation to Corbett’s in West Virginia. And the global economy is killing us right now red oak log prices barely cover the cut skid and haul rates for logging. But the prices we are selling our lumber at we can’t afford to pay any more for the logs. It’s a hiccup in the forest industry but we all will be stronger when we get through this downturn. I agree with you trumps doing the right thing and I’ll be voting for him,lord willing we will have him for another 4 years to finish what he started.And Bobby your right all economies that make stuff are the growing countries we must get back to manufacturing although we may have to get our workforce form somewhere else to many Americans are waiting for their check to come in we can’t find people that want to work. Keep up the great videos we wait to watch the next one.

Great video! I tell you, many may be upset about the tariffs, but most of the other nations import more than they export and they have tariffs. America has been doing free trade for about 30-40 years. I'm from a small town and have seen the effects of free trade. Most of the jobs shut down. I think it is past time that the USA makes more of its own products. Many industries are still outsourcing but this has slowed down. I am a nurse by occupation but enjoy the videos because I'm from an agricultural and logging area in Southwest Georgia. Howdy Bobby, I really like watchin yuns at work. I love being in the woods around logging operations. I live in western NC and logged till this this arthritis got me so I can't get around good. Me and this steep ground just don't get along lol. It amazes me how much you can get out in a day. I totally agree with you on your comment about the tariffs. I think our president loves this country and cares about the people. If we hang in there things will get better! Hope you have a blessed thanksgiving
