Voice narration is best. Voice allows viewer to play in background and react to word cues to look up from what viewer is doing otherwise.

AlexModeling enjoying the summer heat. Working on a few things. What's the flow improver made with? The non air Vallejo can be pretty thick. How's everything on your side of the ocean

I thoroughly enjoyed comparing this video and Plasmo ' s of the exact same kit. You both have incredible model building skills, with different approaches that are fascinating to compare. Plasmo stuffed up his paint, which surprised me very much, yet he rescued his model, he weighted his nose, but you didn't have the balls to do the same, but I liked your burned tail end, it very much added interest to the model. Overall I found myself admiring your fighter over his, but you are both exceptional scale modelers.
    Wonderful,
    Thank You.

@@AlexModeling You are a good sport and took that in the fun vein in which it was meant. I shall subscribe to your channel, if I haven't already, as I have also seen another of your posts and I am smitten with the quality of your work.
I must say though that this was your first post that I watched and took it for granted that you narrated your videos. You were so natural at it, but when I saw another I was missing your spoken narrative, although your written description of what was transpiring kept me in the loop. I think one of your other commenter's brought out that you could easily utilise both to good effect, speech complementing the written word, I wholeheartedly agree with him.
Your work and craftsmanship is in the stratosphere, I shall enjoy your posts.
      Thank You.

First time seeing one of your videos come loves how your MiG-15 turned out, really, really nice! Am impressed with how the Vallejo metallic turned out as well especially for a water based acrylic.... nice!

    Nice build, Alex........!
You've sold me on the idea, I'm definatly going to try 1/72nd scale.
The Eduard kit didn't seem to lack anything in the way of detail, despite the smaller scale.
Really enjoyed the 'voice over' presentation as well.

15s had a layer of silver paint of excellent quality covering the airframe at the time of the Korean War. So the red paint chipping from poor adhesion is kind of a no-no. Also, sorry to say, the intake lip got glued upside down. The protrusion on the lip is for the gun camera and should go upwards. Thing is, the notch which you now have on the upper side is the front edge of the wheel well, which fouls the overall sit of the landing bay doors. Oh, well. Tit for tat, and late to the rescue. Stay safe out there, Alex.

Alex, I never tried the combination of Tamiya White Putty and their Laquer Thinner before, but I will now. I've also never done an Eduard kit before but that's another thing that's going to change now. I love the way you seem to have replicated the Alclad method here with Vallejo's which are one of my favorites. As you said, the experiment turned out quite nicely indeed. I'm goign to have to look at a kit review to see if the seatbelts are part of the kit or if you scratched them up on your own. I'm not sure if the MiG-15 actually had a HUD but I really don't care. It's an added detail that looks great so I'll probably put one in the MiGs I'm planning on doing. Thanks again man. Next views will be of the 1/72 F-86 Sabre you did, then the 1/48 Pz III.

Fantastic kit from Eduard, isn't it? I just published my build on their Profipack edition. It looks that if the modeler pays a modicum of care, this kit builds excellently every single time :) I'm backing you with the flow improver - It helps a lot, specially "sticky" acrylics like Tamiya. However, lately I'm thinning my Tamiyas with Mr. levelling thinner ;) Good build as usual. The sound level is great but you should process the bass output a little - it makes the voice sound almost "broken". Other than that, fantastic build and fantastic video! Congrats!

I must say i was disappointed with the Eduard kit , after waiting for ages for a good 1/72 Mig 15 the amount of filler that is needed is just not good enough for this day and age , when will some one make a version of this aircraft that fits together perfectly .
