I'm not a professional athlete, but I love to exercise. I'm 41, I struggle with body dismorphyia, eating disorder , IBD, Lyme's disease , multiple food allergies etc. I obsess about food, earning the right to eat, doing enough, being small enough. I'm currently 5'8.5" and 102#. Hated my body at 150, but now I look like a skeleton. Balance - so hard to achieve.

25 years old. This video isn’t groundbreaking (in terms of adults talking about EDs when there are still adults who feel guilty for their EDs because they think “it’s a teenager’s disorder: why do *I* have it??”), because adults have been opening up about their EDs for some years, now, but the fact that this woman is 25 years old is just...🤯

She's not 25. She's in her 40s. Why did you think she was 25??

Does anyone else struggle with this but on the other spectrum?
Rather than calorie restriction has anyone struggled to gain weight eating 6k calories a day only to realize the problem was working out too much and burning too many calories?
