About The Real Housewives of Miami:

After watching the last few seasons I have to agree some of these women are not jealous but intimidated by Nicole. She's self made and worked for her blessings where as the other women are known for marrying a high profile man or knowing someone famous which there is nothing wrong with that but what are most of cast known for except Julia, Nicole, Kiki and Guerdy.

This is strange of Alexia to say because when you sell an apartment the tenants do not need to move out due to regulations. The building is sold as a rental.

Getting vacant possession may be condition of sale. Also the person buying may want to move into the place for their personal use.

@ladybug2413 it may be different in the US but I live in Canada and you can have vacant possession as a condition of sale . In the province I live in you only need to give the tenant 90 days notice to move out. The buyer is not obligated to accept a house with a tenant in it. You can also evict a tenant if you want the house for personal use ie for yourself, mum,daughter etc if they want to live there you give 90 days notice. Also if you want to do major renovation. I would be surprised if buyers must simply accept tenants when properties are sold in the states.

If I was you I would look for a house and I would do everything in my power to be on my own with my children and I wouldn't be leaving them very often with a nanny... I would also show the judge that you're working I would show the judge that your better interest is in your children. Ask any divorce mother what they went through and they will tell you the truth...
