I try to keep them indoors for as long as I can to slow down the oxidisation, but these are good tips. Thanks for sharing

I like the matte look but one question if you do your balloon clusters early and they do matte can you spray the shine after and it will shine?
yes you can

Also do some event locations ask you not to use spray shine products?
usually no, but make sure that you don't have the shine on the floor as it will make floor slippery and guests can fall

What kind of balloons did you use for the double stuffed balloons??
most of the times it's white or black, but there are tons of different combinations and all will give different result.

Do you wipe after you put on the shine?
No that would defeat the purpose. Just spray and leave it alone and it should start shining within 5 mins.
we don't, but you can wipe them to spread the shine on the balloons - this will take much longer, and most of the time is not necessary
