The first 7 minutes are nothing
Waiting for the opening of Spillway gates. We don't know the exact time with gates raised but remains prepared for opening.
Where is this? The spillway looks really interesting, especially with what looks to be a steep drop off.
I'm not sure the name but I'm 99.9% sure it's somewhere in Pakistan

Yes Tarbela Dam. The largest Dam in Pakistan with installed capacity of 4800MW
