    본사빙침인지 모르겠지만 여러군데 지존짬뽕 다녀봤는데, 주방, 써빙 할것없이 모두 문신이 너무 화려함. 그래서 친구들사이에서는 문신지존이라고 부름.
    맛은 지점마다 재료를 아끼는 지점도 있지만 상위권임.

    여기 점바점이긴한데 진짜 잘하는곳은 ㄹㅇ맛있음
    강릉순두부짬뽕집보다 여기 순두부 짬뽕이 ㄹㅇ임
    개인적으로 대전둔산점이 가본곳중 제일 맛있더라구요

    여기는 해물짬뽕집 맞네요.
    예전에 짬뽕에다가 닭 한마리를 통으로 넣는 영상을 보고 기겁을 한 뒤로 짬뽕을 안 먹게 되었습니다.
    제가 닭고기를 안 먹다보니...
    좋아 보입니다~~

      It is!!! The best jjamppong I had was at Camp Casey and it’s good!!! You can make authentic Jjamppong here as well. Just go to an Asian supermarket. Chinese or Korean.

    1. 고기야 양파를 볶는다
    2. 배추썰은거랑 야채 투척 볶는다
    3. 고추가루 넣고 볶는다
    4.물을넣고 끓인다
    5. 오징어와 새우를 해산물을 넣어주고 끓인다
    6. 쌃은 수제비나 면을 준비한다
    7. 1~5까지 작업해놓은 짬봉국물을 면이나 수제비에 부어준다
    8. 맛있게 처묵처묵한다

      We will never know exactly what the brown powder is, but most likely it is a blend of meat powder (probably chicken) AND seafood powder (clam, scallop, anchovy, or combination thereof).

    I luv Korean food from Japan!!
    As you know,Korean food is superior to Japanese food,because most of Japanese civilization originated in Korea.
    And the other reason is Japanese ingredients are seriously radioactively contaminated....
    But, Korean ingredients are safe and delicious!!

      Unfortunately…Japanese culture is only an imitation or sham of Korean culture.
      So most of Japanese love Korean culture and eat often Korean food.
      We Japanese always thank Korea!!
      But I'm sorry that some Japanese who don't know the history and the Japanese government have done terrible things to Korea.
      All Japanese must apologize and compensate for past atrocities to Korea and other Asian countries.

      Chinese immigrant in Korea invented jjamppong and Chinese immigrant in Japan invented ramen, but actually who cares where and who invented which dish. They are unique and taste great.

    귀찮고 손목아프더라도 2~3인분씩만 볶아야지
    저렇게 이빠이 때려넣으면 화력이 쌔도 온도가 낮아져서 맛떨어짐

    우연히 떠서 보는데 면 덜익었네요.
    숙성된 면인지 덜숙성된 면인지 확인하고 시간을 정하고 삶아야 합니다. 면 반죽보고 삶은 시간은 틀리니 눈으로 보고 건져야하며,
    짬뽕을 대량으로 국물내는건 비추입니다.
    최대가 4인분 여러번 해야 국물맛이 진하며 향도 좋습니다. 중국집은 스피드가 생명이며 느릿느릿하면 손님 줄어듭니다. 신속,정확하게 짬뽕,자장,볶음밥,탕수육, 3인분 및 탕 중은 15분안에 혼자 다 빼내야 합니다.보니 반죽은 안하는거 같은데 분발해서 본인 실력을 극대화 시키시면 실력은 남부럽지 않게 항샹 됩니다.
    지치시면 딱 그정도뿐이 안되는겁니다. 12시간 근무시면 앉아있는 시간은 30분이면 충분합니다. 앉지말고 일하다보면 12시간 별로 힘들다고 생각 안듭니다. 실력도 남들보다 배로 늘지요 항상 파이팅 하십쇼

    Какое то свинячее жорево.Все что есть из продуктов ,все смешали ,сварили,поперчили. Еще раз охрененно поперчили ,добавили какие то кишки и получилась месиво.Даже смотреть противно.
