I've never heard of Emirates Airline before this series though. Usually it's American Airlines, Delta, and United. Do they only fly in certain parts of the country? They never come up when I'm looking for airline tickets online on different sites.

They are supposed to use as much as money as needed, to make all of us democratic Europeans & North American’s to believe it’s now perfectly ok to visit these countries on vacations & not only spend our money in buildings built upon all the dead slave’s bodies, but we must also spread the rumours of this fantastic country to all our friends on social media! Bc you do believe what rich & famous people as the Beckham’s have to say about staying in these countries & which fantastic paradise each & everyone are?! Of course you do! This year it’s especially Qatar, that just now is hosting the world championships in soccer! Guess where the Beckhem’s are? Yea, probably spending all their time in the most luxurious surroundings, bc they are being paid for being positive PR Agent’s for (not only) Qatar & of course they also know all the leading men from all these oil countries. Which all are exactly the same when it come to treat women & their cheap employees, which are people treated like slaves (coming from very poor countries that aren’t on their “favourite list” anyways, so nobody even cares if someone dies). You should think that at least the Beckham’s already had more than enough money in all their bank accounts & other assets, so they wouldn’t have to sell their non-existing souls to the Devil too.. So damn pathetic that a such well-known & loved soccer player as Beckham, so easily could do exactly just anything to get even more money! 🤢🤮 But even worse; he also actively contribute to “sports washing”, which is the worst thing ever a person like him could do, bc that is now destroying a very popular & old sport totally for all eternity! And think that he actually have been, but hereafter ONLY COULD HAVE BEEN such good role model (for especially boys that play soccer & don’t have no other male role model in their lives)! 😢💔🤬
I love that the boss treated her like a valued person & not just an employee to fill a job. They sent her somewhere that almost guaranteed her last job would be a wonderful memory. Not always able to be done, but nice that they cared enough to try.
I wonder how that's like. In my old job. There was a full house of people, and I was STILL very green with orders. But the two coworker who was supposed to "teach" me were just on their phones making snacks and complaining that I was slow. I told the boss the next day and she was acting like I was the problem.

I know that World Cup is a big deal to a lot of people because during a World Cup a few years ago my favourite bar in San Pedro La Laguna (Guatemala) was jam-packed with the local population instead of a much lower number of foreigners and some locals I had seen the previous year.

@@entized5671 yup. Same thing happened to me a few years ago. I was trying to get to my sisters, not realising Man Utd were playing a match that day. One second the bus was empty; the next it was FULL of football yobs on their way back home. And it was a double decker.
I had the same reaction. I had to go without a car for a while in a college town and had to use both a university bus and a city bus to get groceries home. One day my trip home overlapped with the the end of a football game (it took 2 hours so I always did it on the weekend). I made sure to check the calendar after that experience.

No fippin' way. After seeing those old photos of you, it sparked a deep core memory of me and my family flying on Emirates. We used to fly every other month and you were one of the stewardesses that made our flights so fun. My mom even asked if you could play chess with me at that time. No fippin' way. After seeing those old photos of you, it sparked a deep core memory of me and my family flying on Emirates. We used to fly every other month and you were one of the stewardesses that made our flights so fun.
