Ridiculous that they nerf tanks instead of making maps better. Yes Mino and others are good hull down straight on but if the damn maps weren't all corridors then that wouldn't matter as much because you could actually out maneuver them.
Of course that's hard so let's just do the easy half ass fix, that's the WGing way
I mean WG loves corridor maps. So they want people to waste more money on premium pen........ Which is bullshit.
Open maps = less premium ammo needed because it’s not all corridor trash, and less profits for wargaming as a result

It was a nerf that was never needed
All it had going for it was armour. The gun was awful, the speed is bad. Tell me why we have the badger in the game with 4k+ dpm, invulnerable when hull down except to jagpanzer, way better gun handling, but the Minotauro was apparently a problem because noobs kept shooting the turret? Maybe they should nerf E3 too because you can’t penetrate that hull down either in 99% of situations

I've only just got enough XP to buy the mino and of course, now it'll be nerfed into the ground. I really need to push hard for OP tanks when they're first released.

I just realised that WG really hates Italians...
There're 3 top tier Italian tanks you can grind in WOT:
1. Prog M40/65. Not a decent medium tank to play, it requires understanding of the game mechanics and experience playing auto-loader meds. Win rate not beautiful, and it STILL got nerfed.
2. Rhinoceronte. Been nerfed for 6 times during the test period, and it's win rate still sit at the bottom among all tier X heavies even got his turret amour buffed last year.
3. Minotauro. Good enough to play, but will be nerfed significantly in the next couple days.

By that logic we should also nerf E3 and Badger too. Since the Minotauro only has armour after all and nothing else unlike the badger which gets 4k DPM and a way better gun
I don't care, I got this TD long go, went in four battles and they were all defeats, so I parked in the garage since then.
One more time they will nerf a vehicule because of idiots go fight against him at his bests strong positions on multiple maps. If u don't feed him, he had to push and offer his hull and sides. No fatality to don't go offer hp, to keep back and create a crossfire to trap him. Same story with Kvg, t95FV, and 279e on plane ground and straight line.
You think this is 2013 is that it? Almost every map have corridors and mino is by far and away the best tank for holding and/or even pushing those places bar none
This thing deserved a nerf, its super fun when you are up against a impenetrable wall on some corridor map. Also when the enemy had one or more Minos but your team for example got sniper TDs that basically means that the enemy has one or more extra heavy tanks on their team which is straight up BS

wg always nerfs the wrong things about a particular classed vehicle. if an assault td cant properly fulfill its role whats the point? no one complains about the armor of a hulldown e3, or a hulldown badger? when each 3 of these vehicles fulfill exactly same role. what makes the minotauro op is that among the 3, it is the fastest and most flexible, able to react quickly, having a semi turret. dropping its mobility to max 25km or as slow as e3 while keeping its armor would not make it op. yes it has a hatch that when hulldown it’s impossible to hit, but if youre challenging a hulldown minotauro,is the same as fighting badger or e3 hulldown, youre playing it wrong.
pre nerf: hatches immune to all gold ammo.
post nerf: hatches vulnerable to all gold ammo. and minotauro has x3 hatches 2 being right at the front. wtf wg? wheres the middle ground.
Yeah an armored TV without armor... And it cant shoot from a distance. So what can it do. Nothing.
WG have so much ways to nerf it, I wouldn't mind if they made the gun have more shittier aim or worsen the penetration for both ammos to compensate it's absurd armor, but WG is WG they will do anything in their power to make more profit by making the fun tanks more shittier.
i'm currently marking this tank and it is quite of balanced. gun is not good, reload between shells is not good, it has good shell velocity and armor. thats all...no need to nerf
Exactly lol the badger is better than the Minotauro, very similar armour and a way better gun and amazing dpm. Basically invulnerable when hull down except to jagpeeezder

Why WG scrap their tank, i will never get the 279 and i know that cuz i'm not good enough, i will be lucky to get the chimera. But i'm not mad because it's a great tank, i know how is hard to get this reward, and the people who got it deserved that tank and they have work really hard to have it. For the E3, Mino, Krang, Super Conq, and everybody can grind the line and have it. Ohhh i can get one shot by the FV, ok but you can get the tank , What is the problem, If i'm a tank with low penn i need to work and take the tank on his side or on it's rear. This is should be the part of the game. But no 3 to 4 min game WG love that. The tested map and great battle and other mod like assault. WG base on them can make Blitz mod, and Rampage mod. Blitz is the mod who everyone rush boum boum boum. Rampage event happens in all maps (mines the little hills collapse during the game and kill everyone player on the top, or the island collaspe etc), And the normal mod with game who take much time, like the old day's it's real simple. If player really work together and flank the tank like it was before, no one will complain the Mino don't have a full turret who can move 360, when he got track and someone got ur back it's really hard to not get kill. Stop scraping tank wg it's simple make the old tank better it's simple.
TBH I didn't like mino that much - armor is great (at least turret) but gun handling is god awful, also drum is kinda pointless
I say, this tank will still perform the same level as before. You're acting like it would get castrated completely... as if you gain 3.12% MoE because of this change...

I’m gonna be honest, for anyone complaining so hard about mino…. Have tunnel vision. The tank is a pita to play and the armor is ONLY good hull down, straight on. You start using your minimal turret traverse and you are going to have such an explosive party that you will never return to the tank.
After the patch first few games of people trying out the nerfs this tank will NEVER be used again, I promise you. It has no selling point post nerf
Mino is the easiest tier 10 to play in the game

Oh man, all you who are bitching and crying about the nerf: get yourself a hanky. Look what Skill was doin in the first match. Does this look like a well-balanced tank? -Don't think so. It is a fun-tank to play with but a pain in the ass for the enemy-team.
The only thing I admit is, that WG should also nerf op premium-tanks and not just tech tree tanks.

I'm glad this thing got nerfed, such a dumb tank to play with and against. The changes won't make it bad it will just be able to have a chance against it hull down.
