After entering golden wasteland turn right and there is a boat. it leads you to season of abyss area and the spirit should be somewhere around that map!
Its called cackling cannoneer Go to golden wasteland, ride the boat on the right side and it should teleport you to abyss area where you can find the emote
Its called dancing performer Enter valley of triumph and enter the cave at your right side, while you're sliding down try to look around the houses at left side he's sitting there somewhere

Yep that's true but not just from regular spirits! you might get size potion from any type of spirits you purchase spells from
