It would have been more realistic if the CPU was programmed to hit the wrong button occasionally. Getting it right every time you hit the note isn't very common.
For the people wondering how this game is in English, I think it has something to do with what language you put as your default on your PS4. Here is an example, I downloaded the demo from the JPN PS Store,I switched to my Eng account to play it, and it came up in English. There is an Asian version where it will give you the option to play it English.

Hey did you know that in Wii5 (chou goukoban), ds3 (decisive yokai battle) and 3ds1, there's custom vocaloid dancers for Matryoshka, Senbonzakura, Naruuto, and Tell Your World? Its miku, 4 pink and yellow dons, and then when the spirit bar's full, the main "cast" of the vocaloids jump up and down instead of the normal animation
