Jisung did not even blink during the AI part he’s insane
Wow! This is absolutely breathtaking! The artistic aspect of this performance is shocking! Mark and Jisung did such a good job! I was waiting for ages for them to be chosen for Mix and Max and now i couldn't be happier (THANK U FOR THE SERVE)
Knowing that Jisung perform his dance specialty amazingly good combine with Mark sensitivity, grooviness, & the way he deliver the emotion is just Next Level of performance. They suit each other, eventho you can clearly see their different preferences in dancing & speciality. The concept itself is already good, but they pulled it off more. Just like Mark says in their short interview that it will be creepy if its too beautiful. And yes you are right Mark, its so good that I cant believe you guys are human & only dancing. Btw, I like the tutting part the most.
The concept, their synchronization, their dance... Mark and Jisung are truly legends for this. I'm so proud that they were able to have this opportunity to show off their dance aside from their stages.
Also I'm so glad that Jisung received this opportunity to showcase his dance skills. It's been so long since Dancing High 🥲 And I'm so happy to see his growth as a dancer. I know Jisung has stated just recently he wants to be good at idol dancing but seeing this performance reminded me once again that Jisung is in-deed a dancer before he is an idol.

This is one of the best Mix and Match dance performances I've ever seen. Mark and Jisung show their chemistry well and somehow, it feels like they have balanced energy in this performance.
I love it so much when Mark use various his facial expressions when dancing to deliver the emotions and when he use the power to balance it, this dance is very different type that Mark usually do but he really execute it so well, I hope i can see diversity of Mark dance too in the future

this was so impressive. one of the best performances for studio choom.

the way mark interprets the choreography and mix it with his personal style is truly a feast for the eyes. he doesn’t only have distinct voice as a rapper, but also a dancer and performer.
I have always loved how dancer Mark seems to gel perfectly with rapper Mark-in that both have this distinct groove that only Mark Lee can bring to the table

The way mark expressed so much emotions in human mark but did an emotionless one with the AI mark. HE'S SO GOOD 🔥 You could totally understand the story being shared by the two through their dancing. It's THAT good.
mark's ability to digest concepts is otherworldly - you see it in his work between different groups and you see it here. he manages to sell the story but ALSO retain such a a strong identity.

MVs are grand and all, but I love how choreography is lain so bare in these videos and that you encourage collabs like these.

Tbh this is the first Studio Choom MixandMax performance I have seen where both dancers had equal impact. Although their dance styles are different, still crazy how much chemistry their dance had.

Mark Lee long appreciation essay ahead. I've been a Dream fan, more so a Mark fan, for a few years now. I've always tried to write comments about what I feel in his contents that resonate with me a lot or showcase his talents particularly well.
Given his position as main rapper (and with good reason, look how good he is) I can't count the number of times I praised his rap the best way I can, without all the technical terms some people are better off using than me. I wasn't a fan at the time, but his stint at High School Rapper captured how even as an idol rapper and at that very young age, his talent was exceptional.
I remember writing paragraphs upon paragraphs about his songwriting and growth as an artist when he released Child. Everyone knows he has one of the most writing credits in NCT. I read a tweet once describing how SM idols actually go through a long process of submitting lyrics, even having blind selection, which means Mark is REALLY good. He has a way of words, and I'm so thankful for the over 70 songs that came from the tip of his pen.
In Child, his solo debut, along with Golden Hour and all the countless Recording Diaries, he gets to show off his vocal. Mark Lee, main rapper and main dancer, can also SING? That's almost unheard of in new kpop groups these days. He's an all-rounder if you've ever seen one. With his tendency to keep improving each year, I won't be surprised if he gets more singing lines and gigs. Dream Dingo Killing Voice alone had me so amazed. I'll be tuning in to whatever vocal project he gets to release in the future.
Now, we always says he's one of the main dancers in every NCT unit he's been in-therefore also NCT as a whole. HE FINALLY GOT TO SHOW IT HERE. I know, there were already dance covers on the NCT youtube channel and even his (marksung) viral tiktoks. But damn isn't this so good. High resolution, perfectly planned set with great styling and the BEST partner. I am mesmerized with every move he makes. Every kpop idol needs to know how to dance to an extent but never have I been left speechless the way I am with Mark. This isn't even his specialty of genre, or a choreo he's been performing for years. The concept is too unfamiliar for someone like me who is only used to watching upbeat kpop dances. Still, how can anyone not appreciate him here?
I've been writing this comment for so long and I can make this 10 times longer than it is now but words will never be able to capture how good of an artist and dancer Mark is to me. Maybe someone like Mark himself, so good with words, will be able to? I wouldn't know. The only thing I'm sure of is that I'll keep supporting this guy as long as I remember him. I hope only the best for him and I pray he gets his career to the places that he dreams of.
