    We know that supernatural things make the static louder, like when sasha's double talks, but has anyone else noticed that sometimes phrases that are read make the static noticable, too? When he says "meat is meat" you can hear it, or the book of dead episode when the beginning prose is read before the warning (or the warning itself?), it makes static, too.

    Ok, I’ve been obsessed with this for the last two weeks and I've been taking notes since the beginning, so, I have this little theory about how the things/demons/monsters(? agrupate, or something like that.
    At first I thought that they were like the most fundamental fears, but they are more specific than that, so now I think that they are more like the Endless (from The sandman by Nail Gaiman). Maybe some kind of separate beings that coexist in a very precarious balance, very related to morals and existential questions.
    1. We have the Thing that is related to the book Ex altiora, the emptiness, the sky and the universe and all the things that we are nothing compared to, maybe deep waters too. So, is about how our existence doesn't mean anything. And that is the one that i’m the most sure about.
    2. the Thing that is related to the bugs and the rotten meat, maybe being eaten too, but is kind of contradictory, because I think is more close to the filth and that is not quite edible(? Too disgusting.
    3. the Thing with the spiders, that at first I thought they were with the bugs and the disgusting, but now i think they are completely separated. The spiders are probably more close to be related to the eyes, and being trapped and/or watched on their webs. I don't know, spiders have 8 eyes, so there goes my bet.
    4. Michael, probably the twisted and the deformation of reality, like the stairs in the coffin. so the madness or hallucinations, even all the oniric kind of stuff.
    5. The fire or the burned, the Thing with Agnes and the cult of the lightless flame. The ones that did the ritual in the woods, probably.
    6. The Darkness that they talk about at the beginning of this episode, the man that died in the prison, and this Rayner guy that is probably similar to agnes but with his own weird cult/church of people.
    7. I’m still not sure about the thing with the table, and Not!Sasha, and the stuff that almost “is” but not quite, like the vampires and the taxidermist.
    Probably each one of these Things are related to one Lightner book or more.
    This may be too much but I think that the Institute is working with the spiders and Agnes knew(?. And I don't trust Elias because he realized something about Not!Sasha and decided to not say anything.
    That’s it, that's what I have, my thoughts at 3 in the morning.
    And probably there are hundreds of comments just like this one.
    ps. English is not my first language, so I apologise to whoever read this if everything is terribly written.

      These cases are rather understandable, since it was for survival... For anyone interested in learning more, Caitlin Doughty has several vids talking about out of necessity cannibalism incidents on her channel (including the rugbymen one). She's always very respectful towards the victims and is quite funny too.
      Now, for the *weird* stories of consensual cannibalism, may I introduce to anyone who's interested: (CW: amputation, body parts, murder)
      -The guy who had to have his leg amputated after a motorcycle accident and who ate a bit of it with his consenting friends;
      -The several mothers cooking and eating the placenta after birth (an interesting one was a nurse detailing her experience);
      -And of course, the infamous Armin Meiwes and his _Cannibal_ _Cafe_ forum date... For some reason they ate the penis first

Don't quite get the doll heads or exactly what's up with the metal heart, but doesn't seem too far fetched.
    Update: I compared the locations (found on the wiki). This one's Higham Hill Road in Walthamstow, the one in Thrown Away is Lancaster Road, also in Walthamstow. I searched the route on google maps and it's 0,3 miles (about 0,5 km) apart. We got a culprit!

I believe that " Killing floor" is the first in chronological order: maybe he didn't actually die and gained some weird powers related to the meat. Also, no one would hire a serial killer, even on a killing floor.

    My theory from this episode and what we know so far:
    Another mention to meat and to cannibalism. To be honest, I don't have a clear theory about this entity, only that it reminds me of one of the seven deadly sins: gluttony. But, gluttony is not just about food, it's about the constant need to consume, so if that was true the meat entity would be also related to episodes that are about consumption. Though, unfortunately I can't remember of any episode like this and I'm not really fond of going back and relistening or rereading the ones I've already did..>_
