I started this because one day I was trying to teach myself how to work with this editing programme 'Final Cut Pro'.
Making a motivational video was the first thing that came up to my mind.
I remember the very first time I saw one. It was the very first time since my depression I didn't feel so alone anymore.
I decided recently to make motivational videos as a form of training to become a better film maker in the future. I hope you people will like it and that it might actually change you.
It helped me trough a lot and still does.

you couldnt have picked a more depressing movie...
Somber and solemn perhaps, but not depressing... a man who was contemplating taking his own life, who through the events in the movie, by the end of it is willing to fight for what he previously was ready to throw away? It's not a bright and cheery movie, the tone is grim and grave, but it's uplifting, not only in the metamorphosis that Liam's character goes through, but in the relationships that the men forge, the camaraderie that is found, even through the dispute over which one of the men will take the role of alpha (which subsequently is not at all dissimilar to how wolves arrive at that conclusion, through more posturing than actual violence). It's quite a journey, not a depressing one, perhaps a bit more sobering than most people enjoy but that is life isn't it?
