- I'm so excited to share this video with you and everything that I found! We started off the day going downtown to have breakfast then we drove to Jacksonville FL and stopped in IKEA first. They had so much plant stuff to look at! After that, I stopped in a plant shop called the Plant Ranch and showed you around. The third part of the video is a huge haul of everything that I got! My daughter lives near that Ikea and she got me the large Akerbar for Christmas. They didn’t have white in stock but I’m happy with the black one. I weathered stripped it and the humidity soars into the 90s some days. I try and get up there as much as I can. I’m about 90 minutes south. Happy Belated Birthday!

I have both sizes of the green house & since the larger on doesn’t come in white I spray painted it gold to match the aesthetics of my home. Happy birthday.

@@plantsbymelissa the greenhouse will definitely look good on the stand you bought. I have mine on the SATSUMAS (the one that costed $79. I paid $49 for it in ‘21). IKEA plant accessories have definitely jump in price but the ceramic is so good & heavy plus you can get multiples. Unlike TJMAXX/Marshalls.

You have a plant wall it’s all your moss poles in a row and they look like a wall of plants.
Plant ranch is one of my favorite nurseries in Jacksonville. During the winter they don’t have much, but during spring and summer that place is packed with rare plants. I even have a video there as well.

I picked up the gold colored Akerbär last night, going to get some different hardware to hold it together because those plastic parts look like it will fall apart. Would take us around 3 h to get there... Love to see familiar views of Savannah and all of the plants you are showing. We live in Idaho now and don't have 5% of what you have in Lowe's. But it's okay, online shopping can help :)

I love this video, nice an chill. Funny enough I have all of my water props in those cheaper Ikea vases, it ends up looking like table decor. I've also been debating on getting a cabinet or the small green house for some of my plants so it'll help seeing what you bought and how you'll fill them both down the road. I got the Akabar greenhouse last fall and I keep my young Anthuriums in it with a simple clip light above it on top of a large antique buffet in my living room-and so far so good! They’re putting out new growth and seem happy.
