    I forgot to add one more Advantage, i.e, If a women is working and expecting a baby then she can take 1 to 3 years of Maternity leave 1st year 50% payment of salary and next 2 years loss of pay, but still have the job.

    Hi Divya, very informative video it was.. i have a very quick question- My wife has just completed MBA-HR from OU, she barely speaks german, so what is the scope of HR jobs in Germany, if not- do you suggest any additonal training to grab a english job?

    Nice video, I stayed in Germany for 8 years in Heidelberg, DKFZ as a scientist. I noticed that Germans sense of humor is less. We need to announce that we are telling joke, otherwise they will not laugh.

      @@divya4mindia734 during the year 2001 Aldi, Penny, LIDL markets will be closed by 2PM on Saturdays, we used to run before they close down. Germans consider those markets are meant for low income people not for them. Enjoy yourself in Europe, the heaven on the earth.

    Thank you for this video guys. It is really helpful to understand about Germany work culture and their expectations when we come their for study / work. I have 2 questions.
    1. Do we have to learn / know german language in order to do work in technical roles.
    2. Can we get job offer when we are in India or should we come there on job seeker visa and then search for job. Please advise.

      Most of the jobs require Germany language skills.
      To get job both are possible. U can apply from India or Come to Germany and also apply.

      For schools and universities in Aug there are like 3 weeks holidays. For job holders u have 30 days per year u can take anytime.

    Sister if our salary is around 50000€ for years and paying 42 percent taxes each month then we will be getting only 3 lakhs in hand after paying then managing a family with 3 lakhs is not possible as you said in other video living expenses will be around 3000€ per month can you please give reply to this I was planning to come to Germany

    is this true that in genermany we have to wait for months to get a doc's appointment to see a specialist.. like neurologist...etc but in inida we can consult any specialist doc by booking appointment on the same day or a day before even we can visit by just waking. how is it over there thank you...
