I think most people who edit on mobile devices are going to edit on an iPad or tablet of some sort. I have the app on my iPad but it’s only in portrait mode which is a bit strange to me and hard to work in compared to portrait landscape. I do a lot of editing with Adobe products on my iPad. I think that GoPro needs to change the orientation for editing in tablets to landscape.
The only way to do this is to duplicate the clip and then trim both clips to cut out the bit in the middle. So clip one becomes the beginning of the clip and clip two becomes the end of the clip. You can’t just trim the middle of the clip unfortunately.
GoPro color gives you a baked in look with nice saturated classic gopro colours and you don’t have to do anything with it. With flat it is a flat colourless image which you have to add a lut to snd grade it in an editor so it depends if you want to do that or not.
I don’t think there are - once you get into stories all the clips are mp4 and should be on your phone so the way around this is to import these clips individually (reframed not 360) into the stories app for the insta360 one r - that way you’ll be able to add transitions - hope that helps

Excellent as always. Is there a way to merge videos but keep their original length? The story's function seems to mess with the length of the clips.
I thought you could by simply importing into stories but maybe there’s a length restriction if you’ve had issues

one question gopro cloud is it still slow for upload as i want to get the gopro max but worried about the cloud storage being so slow
