Moved to tears by this marvellous reimagining! Without wishing to sound too melodramatic, Belfast saved my mental health way back... i can still remember the exact moment everything clicked back into place, sitting out the back of my bedsit in Southampton, watching the moon rise over the city with Belfast in my headphones and feeling all the anxiety and fear wash away. Forever grateful for that gift... seems perfect that i'll be seeing the boys in Southampton in April!
Enjoy, I saw them in Cambridge last year, it was brilliant.

my new favourite tune, I'm becoming a proper sentimental old man ... heard it played on 6-music, then found it here and played it about 6 times .. sobbed for 5 of them... great emotional laxative 😂….., thinking of my dead sisters and the other precious buggers in my mort club... then the ephemeral vortex sucked in all the daft herberts I care about....its a great collaboration with Orbital, the poem used for the lyrics could be a love letter, or a proclamation of life-long friend/kinship... or even a eulogy ...a joyous release, impressed Mr Garry

Agreed, don't like the words. But the sound is great, makes me want to hear a set of this kind of stuff, without the words.
I sort of agree with you and @blucat4 , however it does take from the old and sprinkle on something new. Which is maybe why I loved upon first listening. The background is like tasting your favourite dish. But the bit at miles , and miles, and miles...., Looking for WiFi etc I was hooked.
I think in terms of new material,(sort of), it is delicious. Which made me smile and be happy. Cannot wait to see them in April.

Well I've just played this on repeat for about an hour. Asked Google to play Orbital and this was the first song played. Never heard it before today so had to find out what it was, have now bought it on Bandcamp and buying the album on Friday if this is the music they're making now. Who said and protested that the Art of Remix was useless and infantile? The poem (because it is a poem) is absolutely beautiful and the re-imagining of this iconic tune is perfect gold. Been a bit away from Orbital in the last decade, it's true. This song of love, 'to you' gives me, and 'we', I think, a chance to dance and smile as we did in the 90's with Orbital. It is not about 'hope' (that whore), but about awakening and do things. That 'to you' can well be about the Palestinians. Thank you very much Orbital. for making me smile while my eyes are humid of happiness and dance, dance, dance.
