i know this is an old video but hope you still have the nexus. this are now somewhat collectible and just a bit hard to find in good condition. i picked one up 5 days ago and i am in the process of getting it flight ready. i am checking all the bearings, gears and well i am giving it a through inspection. safety is always first. the one thing that troubles me is the main rotor grips seem to be backwards but seems Kyosho designed it this way. the pitch control should be on the trailing adge not the leading edge of the blades
@@Rusty-Metal wow. head dapeners not hard enough? well that gives me something to think about if i decide to do aerobatics. i had a Concept 30 SRT around 1999 or so a good friend who is a full scale Helicopter pilot brought me a zeal Z31 main head for it when he went to Japan and man that heli look and performed so well but the head was not designed for hard 3D. i went inverted at high head speed and it was a total loss. i still love the concept 30 Helis and got me one a couple years ago but i still have not finished restoring it. anyway sorry about your nexus. i did find that video about your tail strike. too bad. thanks for your reply
hi i like your video, i have a kyosho concept 30 helicopter, the clutch is no good, the engine is a stock from 89, its the os .32, would getting another engine come with a new clutch?

Yeah mine died in the air. Blade strike when I did a flip.

Hardly surprising that it's collectible now......great build quality. I've got 3 of them including the 30 S type S with the 4 stroke motor all unflown

no. the clutch is part of the heli kit. i wish I knew you sooner as I gave my clutch away.
