You never hear artists speak as passionate as this man, as he does about his music.

I'm a huge Mayer fan, and really do dig Battle Studies, but when I first picked it up off the shelf and read the song titles, I thought he had stopped trying... just gave up putting effort into the songs (since all the titles are in some way related) - luckily, the music was (as ALWAYS) fantastic.
Not my favorite JM album, but it's still a fantastic record.

Amsterdam? I´m gonna see him in May, on PinkPop festival :-)

Yeah, they sell out awfully quickly. And prices on ebay go unbelievable high. He should do more concerts in Europe, I´ve got the feeling he could sell twice the tickets.

yes, that must be it. He needs people to think he's good at what he does professionally, and he uses uncommon vocabulary and legitimate knowledge to fool us all.

I've always respected him as an artist. But when I saw him live and saw him in interviews. My biggest turn off. The man loves to hear himself talk. He is just too verbose. I've always like the mystery and guessing behind music. When an artist lets you in too far it looses its appeal. thats me though.
