Also, you have just received the CAMEO 5 plotter 2 hours back. Installation and activation of this plotter is due for tomorrow during regular business hours.
We do not suggest installing all the software and asking for training of these software at the same time. This will do nothing but put you in stress. We suggest learning how to work on the laser machine with mobile skin android app, then learn how to use the same android app with CAMEO5 plotter, followed by Engraving software.
This way you may have to spend some extra time during this training period, but for you since you are new to these machines, this is best you may do, in our opinion. Our tech team will do all the spoon feeding for you at all times.
