There is an even newer version called the ATS-25 AMP which adds a switchable Hi-Z input, a switchable LNA, and some bandpass filtering in the front end. The hi-Z input should be better for whips and end fed wire antennas and the LNA should be a boost for DIY passive tuned loops
Have you had your DSP2 momentarily freeze and buzz loudly when FT8 is enabled? I bought one and I am pretty sure it's faulty, the seller is being toxic about it.
@@HamTechRadioScannerDrones I had it right next to it. It did hook up to my router, but always said "DISCONNECTED", AND THE WIFI ICON NEVER LIT UP GREEN.

Yes but no FT8 decode :(
The ATS is just a china ripoff of an open source project. You can Add the parts and software for bandpass and LNA to the decode version
I can't get mine to get on my Wi-Fi I get gray bars not green. The manual does not cover some of the features. any help would be helpful. Thanks

It's brand new, fully charged and I factory reset it.

Loads works great but internal speaker is so good on the MALAHIT .
I had 3 ats25 units. On all 3, the wifi recognized my wifi, but it always said disconnected, and the wifi icon never turned green.
Put ats25 next to router

Is internet needed to use the,radio or just decoder fuction?

After setting time, your time wasn´t really set. Look in the right corner of the screen, it shows 00:00:00

I don't understand how this is helpful to decode FT8 if it is not a transceiver.
It's a hobby item it just fun .
