Every person Ec or admanistrator when ever visits a school adopts it as if its their property or says it will be a counsil or DC model school but what happens later you all know..... Take the example of DC model school badgam karkit, its now in shambles... If you really want to do some thing go to the root cause of all these evils....main cause is upgradation of schools with out post creation... Surplus teachers in schools neaby town and deficient teachers in peripheries and remote areas... Lack of teacher transfer policy which is vital... Never visiting of school admanistration n schools for varification of syllabus,teaching methods,teacher presence or absence,Leave account of teachers etc.etc...... Over all need to implement a proper work culture in schools where no body have to be speared for any sort of non performance.....please create a system and let the policy makers from education background(not from berucracy or tahsil or block office) decide what to do for creating a strong educational system....thanks..
