Happy no life has been lost. It will be financially challenging for some people to bounce back, but with determination, everyone will bounce back higher.

What's the purpose of cutting the tree after the hurricane? Commonsense dictates you cut all tall surrounding trees from around the house the moment you are certain the storm is on its way. Lord!!

It’s not like this is the last hurricane 🌀 🤷‍♀️ A lot of them were probably weakened immensely by the hurricane and probably were fine before. Now, they have no choice. Plus, the lack of trees do not help the climate crisis we’re facing. Can’t just go around cutting down trees.

@@yagga8885 A: It has been raining in Jamaica on and off weeks now so the earth saturated, all the more reason to cut all tall trees from around your home. B: He's cutting it now, will that do anything to the climate crisis? C: Unlike Barbados or some other Caribbean countries without mountains, Jamaica has thousands of trees (land of wood and water, and all that) cutting a tree for safety sake is a wise thing to do. They could have died inside their home. D: Hurricane 1 x 1, remove tall trees if threatened by a hurricane. We were all taught this. I am an animal loving environmentalist, but commonsense override that at times.
