This fight was a no brainer. I expected Lomo to dominate, GKJ got that win on Lopez under very weird conditions. That said Lomo is an excellent fighter and a difficult out for anyone. I would pick Tank to beat him and possibly stop him. Those same body shots that he took from DH he would not want to take from Tank. Tank is the full package, but would still have to show his full skill set to beat Lomo. I'm not sleeping on Lomo, he is a fantastic talent, is he what they hyped him to be, no, but he can compete with anyone.
