Can I claim 5000 deduction extra for myself under the same 80 D section for the purpose of Preventive health check up. So totally can I claim 55 k deduction under 80 D. The deduction provided under Section 80DD is applicable in addition to any other tax deductions claimed under different sections of the Act. However, Section 80U & Section 80DD cannot be claimed together in respect of a same disabled person.

Disablity Certificate(UDID) card Oline wala mera address Jhalawar (Rajasthan) ka dala hua tha. But present me mera address Adhar card me kota (Rajasthan) ka dala hua hai. To Form 10-IA me address muje kaunsa dalna hai. Mera purana wala Jhalawar (district) Ka jis address se mera Certificate bana hua tha. Ya fir adhar card wala jo abhi present me hai. Please reply sir
