I'm a total casual casual who never raided, never did any previous Strike Missions, I followed this guide and got it on my first try. I am now a proud owner of a siege turtle thanks to you you Gil and my very patient teammates who carried me.
Thanks for the guide. Was a little late to get back into GW2 and just recently purchased EOD. Watched your guide and was able to complete this strike mission feeling confident with a team we formed. You helped me a lot. Thank you.
I think its bs that if you want to get the siege turtle this is the only way not everyone knows people as areanet seems o think we do and the LFG is always empty
Guild Wars 2 is very consistent with it's mechanics so: Green circles mean(whether it is on a random place on the platform or attached to a player) that circle will explode and damage everyone. Everyone needs to run into the green circle and soak/share the damage. This is the green mechanic. Or green circles show themselves as a way to teleport to other dimensions(such as Dhuum or Dragon's End meta event) In this case, for Minister Li green circles needs to be soaked by the group. So the next time you watch the video you will probably notice if there is a green circle everyone will be running into the circle. Red/Orange/Yellow circles means you need to avoid that aoe or if it is attached to you, you need to go far from other players(split mechanics) so the aoe doesn't hurt your team when it explodes.
Strike missions and raids have separate entrance from the maps they belong in. Or there is a common entrance for them in some places. For EoD strike missions you should go to a place called "Arborstone". There you will see a blue orb on your map, from there you can get in strike missions. This is if you only will be the opener. If you'll join, if you teleport to the Arborstone, join screen from your group should appear by itself. I am actually thinking of making a video for this. Because now we have 3 main points we can go in raids and strike mission in all Tyria and it can be complicated. I'll release and post the link here in 1 or 2 days. o/
hey, I am happy to inform you the video is out. You can learn every entrance to every strike mission, dragonstorm, dragon response mission and raids from this video: czcams.com/video/f9cKCmevo18/video.html
Your welcome! =^.^= And that is possible. But for that you have to pull the mindblade to the ritualist because ritualist is kind of stationary. He doesn't move that much. Also ritualist stands a bit close to the enforcer at times, so if you pull the mindblade to the ritualist, that will activate "stronger together" buff(because mindblade and enforcer get close to each other). But everything is possible if you have enough damage. You might even try killing 3 of them at once!
Hello! It is in Arborstone. Arborstone is a lobby for the End of Dragons Strike Missions. You can go to Arborstone through Echovald Forest. wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Arborstone or Arborstone Waypoint - [&BGMNAAA=]
How the fuck anybody could see anything in this mess? Anet designers are sick in the brain, so bright and flashy, actual seizure generator... Thank you for this guide, I'll try this strike some day....
Three options : Effect LOD (reduce ability visuals) Thick Health Bars (easier to see player health bars) Hide Name Plates (removes name plate text) This will help a lot to reduce visual clutter, and it's much ezier to read the fight.
This was actually very helpful... as long as you were talking and describing things. But when you went quiet and just showed a silent mob scene with really terrible, early 2000s RP Renaissance flute music found in every inn on the road, you're probably losing views. Please speak and describe what's going on more and I'm pretty sure you'll get a lot more comments and positive reinforcement. :)
Hey, glad explaining was useful. I use medieval/ tavern/ viking/ balkans, in short "Celtic" style of music that would remind you Witcher (games) a lot. Most of it comes from Alexander Nakarada and Jonathan Segev. Great musicians. You can find them on youtube and I really like the themes they are going for with their music. These are timeless ancient melodies, they do not really belong to a timeline. There is a band called Wardruna I really really love for example. That is the theme I am looking for my videos. I do not want to add some generic pop, hip hop, disco or lo-fi behind videos. It all comes down to taste :) For the explanation part: There is 10 minute explaining in this 16 minute video. I have to give viewer a breathing space where they'll watch and analize the mechanics I explained a second ago. There were also some comments on my videos saying the opposite of what you say:"You don't need to explain everything every minute, you just sometimes upload the fight and have people understand." It comes down to what you expect from a guide I guess. For example if I explained the first phase mechanics in 3 minutes when the actual first phase is 8 minutes. I leave that 5 minutes to the viewer so they can process what's happening and then I continue explaining from the second phase. So I'm trying to find the balance. But I never leave any major mechanic unexplained so if there is a party that's confusing please tell me the minute I can explain in detail and tell you where that mechanic is explained in the video. I see some youtubers making guides with a spontaneous commentary explaining something in 10 minutes what can be explained in 5 minutes. If you like radio like commentary, like you are watching twitch I probably will make videos like that in the future when I start streaming. I think you liked my explanation but my taste in music doesn't suit your style so you didn't want to continue watching. You'll always be welcomed here if you ever choose to stay or return! I appreciate the feedback ☺️
Minister Li only chooses 3 players. Mech chooses 4
Thank you for correcting me. I will pin your comment so people see it.
Unfortunately it is not possible to put notes on youtube videos anymore.

I think its bs that if you want to get the siege turtle this is the only way not everyone knows people as areanet seems o think we do and the LFG is always empty

This strike sux I can't see the arrow it's so small.
What do you do with the Green aoes that appear on 3 people at minister lee?
💬 You can stack them and share it altogether as a squad. Sorry for the late answer.
what's the green circle for? i notice it at some points of the fight but i don't know what the benefit is. thanks!

How do you GET TO the strike mission? ...I'm drawing a total blank on it... :-P lol

Can we stack the mindblade and the rituaist together while someone kites the enforcer away?

todos hacen videos sobre la mision pero nadie muestra donde iniciarla
