This is "Super Mario Logan" Mama Luigi, "Super Mario Logan" was a CZcams "plushie story channel" that featured various nintendo plushies living out some random shenanigans.
It got very famous and gathered alot of fans, but sadly, after the channel got popular, the person who voiced the character moved out of their country, and with no one to act (and thus voice the character) ended with him being removed completely from the series, and erasing any mention of him in later episodes.
(Most of his lines mention him being "erased" and "forgotten" as mentioned, with others being references of the old videos he was featured.)
