Federal Signal Modulator 5020 | Alert Signal | Moore, Oklahoma | 11/9/19

I know, i know. 5 year old video. I met up with Carson (Valra Bellkeys) to record this Modulator during the early days of the thundermod tone in late 2019. I dont remember much from this test besides the fact that it was chilly.
