How to use FreedConn Bluetooth motorcycle helmet?

Methods of the proper operation for Bluetooth motorcycle helmet.
1. how to install battery ( pay attention to the direction)
2. how to pair the helmet with a phone
turn off the helmet first → press and hold the MFB button for 6-8s, DO NOT release until both blue and red light flash → select " BM2-S" or "BM12" on your phone
3. how to adjust volume, play/pause music ( turn the jog wheel clockwise or anticlockwise to plus/minus volume, turn the jog wheel and hold for 5 seconds to play or pause music.
4. how to pair 2 Bluetooth helmets
turn off both helmets first → press and hold the MFB button for 6-8 seconds, DO NOT release until both blue and red lights flash → Press the MFB button on one of the helmets to search the other → You can intercom after hearing a melody ( successfully paired)
5. how to pair 3 motorcycle helmets with each other and switch intercom among them
pair A & B as the part 4 → turn off A & B, pair B & C as part 4 → turn off A & C, pair A & C as part 4 → short press A to terminate A&C intercom, double press A to intercom with B → short press B to terminate A&B intercom, short press B to intercom with C → short press C to terminate B&C intercom, short press C to intercom with A
6. how to turn on FM radio, adjust volume and switch channels
turn the jog wheel anticlockwise and hold for a few seconds to turn on FM radio. short rotate anticlockwise to switch channel, clockwise to adjust the volume
7. memory matching: After 1st time is successfully paired, turn on both helmets and wait for 6 seconds, they will pair automatically.

How do i clear the memory? The helmets will go into pairing mode but wont connect to each other

I damaged the charging port on my helmet.. if anybody knows how to remove the battery please help me out !!
