What a great life you have there, Sir!
Yes it looks like he takes good care of them. Do not get a bird unless you can thoroughly take care of their every need and take time off to see the vet. They are an investment and it is going to cost you time and money. Unless you are well prepared to feed them well, take care of them well, clean their poop daily then consider it. But these sweethearts are lifelong babies and require lifetime commitment don't get them if you know you can't see to their every need

I hope do you are well at your end. Always I try to follow all your's video. On today's video was nice about healthy food. But from my experience I would like to add some points regarding essential vitamin and minerals
1 You have to express to all viewers that at first maxium to maximum all foods has to provide organics. All inorganic valuable food just not healthy long run. May be cause- digestion problem, liver problem, tail will not be smooth,breeding quality will be poor.
2. All essentials vitamin, minerals and amino acid we can provide by Organic food.
3. Vitamin A,D,E&k for all cage birds. Firstly we can resource from Moringa dry leaves and sprinkle on soft food. Also grain contain (Soybean,Lentils whole,Chickpeas,Pearmillet and among such as) highest vitamin A. For vitamin D3 - Leafy green like water spinach, Amarntath leaves (Red and green) and Basil leaves.If bird get sunlight at morning for half to one hour then extra vitamin D3 is not required 100%. For vitamin E - Almonds ( For Macaw daily 4-6 pcs enough. According to body wt. we can select proportional for other birds according to body wt.), Any leafy dark green , Hazel nut. Lastly I like wheat germ oil. But we have to keep in mind over Dose Vitamin E Suupliment is not good enough for bird body. It reacts as poison.
For vitamin k- Water spinach, broccoli, Mming beans/ sprout, Pummpkin, pine nuts , buck wheat whole, Oats whole, wheat whole, Barley whole. For vitamin B complex - Whole grain like wheat, Oats, Chick peas, dry green peas, soybea, Green moong.
For minerals - Iron contain in Soybean, Green moong, Lentils , Chick peas and among such as
Iodin- Lima bean, Almond, Dry green peas, Himalayan rock salt.
Calcium - From food - Finger millet, Razma, soybean and supplement Mineral block, Quality grits.
Selenium - Brazil nuts, Oats, Brown rice and multi whole grain
Cobalt' or B12 - Required good quality water soluble liquid and drinking water has to change within 6 hours . Monthly 2- 3 times are enough.
Zinc- Whole grain- Wheat, Oats, Quinoa .
Copper- Any nuts , seeds and whole grain.
Magnets, Magnesium and Sulpher - Whole wheat, Oatas and leafy green
Lastly Protein- Soybean, Amarnth , Quinoa, Chick peas , Moringa Dry leaf, Wheat, Oats and barley, Moong beans, Lentils.
Lastly we can get conclusion that all vitamins, minerals, protein and amino acids from good diet excel Vitamin B12. Also important good quality clean drinking water, clean Cage, fresh room.
Also has to provide anti inflamatory treat with soft food like raw turmeric, blackbpeepers, cinnamon, thyme with soft food.
Monthly treatment with drinking waterr- a. Unfiltered ACV has to provide back to back 5 to 6 days as natural antibiotic. b. Ñeem leaves and raw turmeric has to boil at a time in water and that water has to mix 20 % with drinking water monthly back to back 5 to 6 days for dewarming, cleaners of liver and stomach.
After all I can say all cage bird will remain healthy , good breeding progress and longevity.
