On this episode: a requested dish by one of my viewers. A staple lunch dish from my homeland, these bread rolls topped with a hearty topping.
Ingredients:
- 3 small bushels of yard long beans (a.k.a. kouseband)
- 200 grams of small shrimp
- half of an onion
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- half of a Scotch bonnet pepper
- chicken powder
- shrimp paste (or shrimp paste powder)
- galangal root
- garlic powder
- crushed black pepper
- vegetable oil
- few drops of sesame oil
- droplet of water (optional)
