Mountain Biking with Mia : Trees Down in Kanawha State Forest

Today we are heading back into Kanawha State forest for some mountain biking. Mia just got back from Bentonville and wants to ride the local trails before the next round of rain storms hit our area. Last week we were hit pretty hard here locally with some tornadoes which are very rare in our area. All the of those high winds led to a lot of downed trees on the mountain bike trails. Which made for a bit of an adventure as we had to climb over a lot of them. We weren't the only ones out trying to enjoy the day and saw lots of other riders out.
