It's true though that even if we say Korea is a plastic country or what not, these people are given new hope and life to redeem themselves from depression. Marylina Ong. I hope so. But a person should never be pushed to a point where he or she wants to get a plastic surgery. Sure looking good is necessary. But not changing yourself painfully.
+Barcilina Das It's more of a thing where they're pressured into plastic surgery. In Korea, you're basically judged off how you look. A reasonable and sometimes common excuse to not like a person is because they're "ugly." It may not seem like it, but Koreans are very judgmental (and if you're wondering, I am a fellow Korean). It's not abnormal to hear that a person drastically changed their face for the sake of getting the public's affection, which they couldn't get before. However, not everybody in Korea had plastic surgery because again, it's something their pressured into. It's quite sad because Koreans are more for what the public think, unlike Western countries where it's more "embrace your looks."
+That One Person it's sad. Really. I hope Koreans are aware that it has become a problem. I'm sure that at least some of their are aware and that not all Koreans judge like that.

plastic surgery is not bad at all actually this would help everybody who's been suffering with bullying due to their looks plastic surgery at some point helps them to boost their confidence listen to their stories and you'll actually realize how important beauty enhancements are, and at the end of the day what matters most is your decision if you would like to undergo PS, and please stop saying "stop doing plastic surgery it ruins your natural look or beauty" instead let's stop bullying because it might ruin the lives of many.

+Sagittarius Yeah I agree with you, it was not said in a rude way. My parents used to argue a lot when I was young. I would hide in my room or go outside and hope their anger would not be directed towards me, sometimes it was.. It definitely puts a lot of stress on a kid. Adults do not like to sit and listen to other adults scream and yell at each other, why the hell would a child. Anyways.. I promised myself I would not be like my parents and I can honestly say I have never raised my voice in front of my children.
+Slyco0per As other person said, key difference was not to argue in front of the kids. We don't see a large part of this show, this is only a clip of the entire episode focusing on the reveal of how the surgery went, before and after. But in the show it likely goes into a lot of detail on her life and her families life and is revealed how she has issues in the family that's effecting the children, likely as a result of depression do to her looks and possible how people treat her because of it.
The show footed the bill for what must have been an expensive procedure or number of procedure's, so I don't think it was wrong of her to say that considering it was only in the interest of the children and not just trying to shame her.

There are some flaws that plastic surgeries could fix. However, some cases’ appearances look okay without surgeries. For instance.I saw another case that seemed okay. She looked beautiful, she did not need surgeries. It just feels wrong to change your appearance because others don’t accept you 😔😔😔.

It's just my opinion, but I feel like her face became more stiff. Especially when she smiles. I understand why she got her teeth done, but it looks a bit unnatural. Nevertheless, if she's happy, it's alright.

+2degucitas if the problem is that shes depressed because of how people outside the family(or even inside it) treat her, and how she feels about herself when she looks in the mirror, and that causes her to behave in a way that effects the whole family, then its entirely possible that surgery can fix the problem, aslong as shes ready to move forward with her life now.

Have you ever thought that maybe the daughter will do surgery too in the future? The world filled with people fixing the face of their child and grandchild for the continuity of beauty. Idk if it's good or not. But it seems that being ugly is not an issue anymore in this world. Ugly is a temporary issue no and at certain age you can get rid of it.
