I love the wrap around porches and the fireplace inside and outside
I love the deep porches! There appears to be a wardrobe just inside the entrance for coats. The TV in the living room is placed well! (Thank you for not sticking it over the beautiful fireplace.) The kitchen has decent counter space but lacks upper cabinets. The downstairs master is huge, with tons of wardrobe space. Upstairs, the office could become a third bedroom.

Your home designs are so beautifully laid out. Even if I did not follow everything exactly. I feel like I could just move right in.
Right off, I LOVE the outside of this home. Give me symmetry any day. Love the wrap around porch, the dormers and the welcoming vibe.
Stone fireplace, with mantel, flanked by windows--win! I love the book shelves under the stairs. Not so much the gigantic TV, but that's a personal choice. I like the coat closet by the front doors. It does feel a bit too close. The house could benefit from a little more width.
Love the bright, dining nook with all the windows. The kitchen is small.
I like the first bedroom, and the bath. The closet makes up for the small size. LOVE pocket doors! The upstairs office is nice, as is the second bedroom.
Overall this house is gorgeous, and has everything you need. It's just a bit too compressed. A slightly deeper and wider plan would elevate this home in so many ways.

I love the layout of the house. I also love the colors and the wallpaper. I don't like the vessel sinks , and I don't like the pocket doors. The doorways, and the stairway are a bit narrow. I would love a bit more space in the kitchen and the living room.

Love the verandah. Prefer a wall oven and definitely more cupboard space in kitchen. Launr should be down stairs. Like to put wasr on the line when fine. Definitely bathrooms should have separate showers from the bath. As a person in senior years but still very capable I do not want to be stepping into a bath to have a shower. Grew up having to step into the bath for a shower and it's more practical not to
I like this floor plan, but if I could fit a powder room under those stairs for guest, I would. I’d figure out how to hang that tv over the fireplace or do without one. For me, I would need upper cabinets in the kitchen. I like the dinning room with the kitchen and I love that the kitchen is in a separated room. I’m not into open floor plans that have become so popular. I’d need to fit a dishwasher in the kitchen. I love the porches. I don’t know where to fit covered parking space. I’m not thrilled to carry groceries in the rain. I guess there could be a separated garage that could be connected somehow with a small extension of porch that’s covered. I love the use of pocket doors. Overall nice house.
When you build this house, you are free to implement all your questionable design choices.

So close, but will require revisions for kitchen pantry with laundry room on main floor. And leg WIC & toilet with master up....

There is only one entrance door, no side door or back door.
Cute house but no closet space.
So a cowboy house. Very small base with reason. Very large and deep porche. Unproportionate on the second floor due to small base. You can't have it all.

Through the front door directly into the most personal living room (without any possibility to get rid of rain- and snow-wet and dirty coats, boots, scarfs, umbrellas ? Is this the American way of life? Without foyer, hallway, wardrobe ? No, thanks. . . .
The need for a full size refrigerator is a must this kitchen doesn't allow for it, POOR DESIGN! The sinks inthe home are awful oversized and unattractive.
