28:22 the whole problem with the concept an alien race that likes to conquer and take over other worlds is even if they are 10 or 100,000 years more advanced than us it's only a matter of time before they come across the civilization that's 100 million years more advanced than us that overpowers them in every conceivable way the same way the US military would to the tribesmen of Sentinel Island.
